Hannon Associates is proud to present a one day workshop designed to not only cover the why, what and when, but also the HOW of HR Measurement. This interactive workshop contains case studies of successful HR Measurement programs and real world examples of both successful and unsuccessful metrics. In addition, templates and reporting approaches are provided to jump-start your HR measurement efforts.

The Workshop Outline:

The Course is presented in four modules:


Strategic Overview – This module presents the business case for HR being a serious strategic contributor and the questions you need to be able to answer to truly understand the business and where the HR organization can add the most value.  The information obtained here influences both your tactical and strategic measurement programs.


HR the Business – The HR organization is responsible for the effective operation of a number of functions that your business partners rely on. This module discusses different measurement approaches to ensure that they are being run like a business.


HR the Strategic Partner – This module discusses how to choose and report those key metrics that ensure alignment with the business strategy and measurement of Human Capital – the asset.


The Future of HR Measurement – This module presents the latest trends and future directions in this field.
