positions outside the company as well. He has served on the
Advisory Board of the Saratoga Institute. He is past president
of the Arizona Industrial Compensation Association and Midwest
Chapter of the International Human Resource Information Management
Association (IHRIM). He has served as a member of the IHRIM
Board of Directors and is currently a member of their Professional
Development Committee and Conference Content Committee. In
addition, he is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
and has been an instructor in the World at Work certification
program for over 15 years.
